1Go to login.biola.edu.
2Click on Forgot your NetID or password?

Type in your personal email address (non-Biola email) and click the Go >> button.

Note: If the system doesn't recognize the email address you entered, please click the I need help! button and contact the department listed under the appropriate group in the pop-up window.

4Log in to your personal email address and open the password reset link email we sent to you labelled Reset your Biola University account password.
5Your NetID will be listed towards the top of the email.

If you're a(n)...You should...
Current Student

Come to the IT Helpdesk in lower Metzger. Bring your picture ID card.

If you can't come to the IT Helpdesk, call the Registrar at (562) 903-4720.

Tell them the following:

  1. You have already tried the instructions given by IT.
  2. You need the Registrar to add a personal email address to your account in Biola's system.

Once you have a personal email address in the system, start over at "How to Find Your NetID or Password" above.

Alumnus or Alumna

Call Alumni Relations at (562) 903-4728 or send an email to alumni.biola.edu.

Tell them the following:

  1. You have already tried the instructions given by IT.
  2. You are having trouble logging in to Biola's system to look at your account information.

Alumni Relations staff will work with IT to put your personal email address into the system. IT will send a password reset link to your personal email address.
