How to Find Your NetID or Password
| Step | What to Do |

| 1 | Go to login.biola.edu. |
| 2 | Click on Forgot your NetID or password? |
| 3 | Type in your personal email address (non-Biola email) and click the Go >> button. Note: If the system doesn't recognize the email address you entered, please click the I need help! button and contact the department listed under the appropriate group in the pop-up window. |
| 4 | Log in to your personal email address and open the password reset link email we sent to you labelled Reset your Biola University account password. |
| 5 | Your NetID will be listed towards the top of the email. |

What to Do If It Doesn't Work
If the procedure above doesn't work, follow the instructions below.

| Current Student | Come to the IT Helpdesk in lower Metzger. Bring your picture ID card. If you can't come to the IT Helpdesk, call the Registrar at (562) 903-4720. Tell them the following:

| Alumnus or Alumna | Call Alumni Relations at (562) 903-4728 or send an email to alumni.biola.edu. Tell them the following:
Alumni Relations staff will work with IT to put your personal email address into the system. IT will send a password reset link to your personal email address. |
