Dial "9", the area (or country) code, and phone number (e.g. 915621234567).

Wait for tone, or wait for visual prompt on conference phone screen.

Enter your department's Dialing Authorization Code (DAC) and press #.

Wait for the call to be placed.

Note: 

  • You do not need to know or use a DAC code if other participants call in by dialing your conference phone number (located on the phone's display.
  • A Cisco Conference Phone meeting can facilitate a maximum of 16 participants.
