Depending on size of files and the speed of your connection, your CrashPlan back up may take a while to complete a "Synchronizing" process.

Note: If your computer says, "Synchronizing," please leave your computer on overnight and connected to the internet (using a wired ethernet connection, if possible) if you are off-campus. If it does not complete and confirm a recent back up date after 3 days, please contact the IT Helpdesk for assistance.

9After your computer has finished backing up for the first time, you can quickly check if your computer is backing up on CrashPlan.
