Back-up Your Computer Using CrashPlan Cloud

Step	What to Do	What It Looks Like
1	Windows: Click on in the bottom left corner of the screen. (Note: Windows computers will be transitioned to use Microsoft OneDrive starting May 15, 2023) Mac: Click on the in the top right corner of the screen.
2	Type CrashPlan.
3	Select CrashPlan from the search results.
4	Log in to the application using your Biola email address and NetID password. Note: The application may automatically log you in.
5	Click on Run backup now to initiate a backup.
6	The CrashPlan application should show "Backup complete" once your data backup has been successful.
