Introduction

These instructions will help you back up your computer's data to Biola's CrashPlan Cloud service.


Back-up Your Computer Using CrashPlan Cloud

Windows: Click onĀ  Ā  in the bottom left corner of the screen. (Note: Windows computers will be transitioned to use Microsoft OneDrive starting May 15, 2023)
Mac: Click on theĀ  Ā  in the top right corner of the screen.


2Type CrashPlan.

SelectĀ CrashPlanĀ from the search results.

Log in to the application using your Biola email address and NetID password.

Note: The application may automatically log you in.

Click on Run backup now to initiate a backup.

The CrashPlan application should show "Backup complete" once your data backup has been successful.
