Introduction

This page explains the differences between basic and licensed Zoom account, and additional paid features that are available on request. If you need the features of a licensed account, you can submit an account request form to ITBiola's Zoom licensing.

We have a limited number of licensed accounts available, so it's important to know whether or not you need a licensed Zoom account. A free account may be sufficient for your needs.

Anyone can create a free basic Zoom account at any time. To create a basic account within Biola’s organization, go to https://biola.zoom.us/ and sign in with your NetID.
