This page explains how users can log in to their BCC Teletherapist Zoom account.

In your Biola email account, open the invitation from Zoom and click Activate Your Zoom Account.

Select sign in Sign Up with a passwordPassword

Create your user profile and password.

Click Go to My Account to sign in.

(Please note - if you are already signed into biola.zoom.us with your EDU Zoom account, you will be directed to that account automatically. You may need to log sign out and then go to https://zoom.us to sign in with your new credentials:

Username: firstname.lastname@bcc.biola.edu

Password: whatever you just set it to.

Managing two or more Zoom accounts

You must go to zoom.us to sign in with your Biola Google account in the futureHIPAA compliant BCC account. You cannot use biola.zoom.us, or you may be prompted to leave the Rosemead sub-account and rejoin the main - this site is reserved for your non-HIPAA, Biola Zoom account.
