Introduction

This page explains how users can log in to their BCC Teletherapist Zoom account.

In your Biola email account, open the invitation from Zoom and click Activate Your Zoom Account.

Select Sign Up with a Password

Create your user profile and password.

Click Go to My Account to sign in.

(Please note - if you are already signed into biola.zoom.us with your EDU Zoom account, you will be directed to that account automatically. You may need to sign out and then go to https://zoom.us to sign in with your new credentials:

Username: firstname.lastname@bcc.biola.edu

Password: whatever you just set it to.

Managing two or more Zoom accounts

You must go to zoom.us to sign in with your HIPAA compliant BCC account. You cannot use biola.zoom.us - this site is reserved for your non-HIPAA, Biola Zoom account.
