How to Update a User's Zoom License

This page describes the process of updating the license of more than one user account at a time by using a CSV file import.

Log in to your Zoom account:

Log in to your Zoom Sub-account:

  1. Go to zoom.us.
  2. Sign in with your sub-account credentials.

Note: If you are already signed into biola.zoom.us, you will be directed to that account automatically. You may need to log out and then follow these instructions.


Click User Management on the left-hand side Admin section.



Click Users from the expanded menu.

Click Import.


Click Download CSV Sample and save the file to your computer.


Open the CSV Sample file and edit the following columns of data with the user accounts you'd like to update:

  • Email: The Biola email address that should be associated with this account.
  • First Name: Their first name.
  • Last Name: Their last name.
  • User Type: Either Basic or Licensed

Note: You should delete all other columns/rows of data from the spreadsheet.



Save the document.

Go back to your browser window and click Upload CSV File.


Select the CSV file you updated from your computer and click Open.
