Scheduling privilege can be given when one Biola Zoom user account needs the ability to schedule, host, edit (Create polls or pre-assign breakout rooms) on behalf of another user. This is often used in the scenario of a department Admin scheduling on behalf of users in the department or a class taught by multiple Faculty sharing a single Zoom meeting.
