Log in to the application using your Biola email address and NetID password.

Note: The application may automatically log you in.

Click on Run backup now to initiate a backup.

Depending on size of files and the speed of your connection, your CrashPlan back up may take a while to complete a "Synchronizing" process.

Note: If your computer says, "Synchronizing," please leave your computer on overnight and connected to the internet (using a wired ethernet connection, if possible). If it does not complete and confirm a recent back up date after 3 days, please contact the IT Helpdesk for assistance.

The CrashPlan application should show "Backup complete" once your data backup has been successful.
