Zoom allows users to pre-assign participants into specific breakout rooms when editing a meeting in the biola.zoom.us/meeting/ web interface. Users can manually create and assign students in particular rooms or import a .csv file that contains the desired breakout room participant configuration.

1 | Go to canvas.biola.edu. |
2 | Log in using your NetId & password. |
3 | Select the course you would like the view a previous class recording for. |
4 | Click the Zoom tab in the left-hand side navigation bar. |
5 | Click the Cloud Recordings menu tab on the Zoom page. |
