Introduction

Zoom allows users to pre-assign participants into specific breakout rooms when editing a meeting in the biola.zoom.us/meeting/ web interface. Users can manually create and assign students in particular rooms or import a .csv file that contains the desired breakout room participant configuration.

StepWhat to do
1Go to canvas.biola.edu.
2Log in using your NetId & password.
3Select the course you would like the view a previous class recording for.
4Click the Zoom tab in the left-hand side navigation bar.
5Click the Cloud Recordings menu tab on the Zoom page.
