If Cisco Jabber is not working properly even after restarting the application or the mobile phone, please follow these steps to reset the application and sign in again.

  1. Click your photo on top left-hand corner and click on SIGN OUT.

                                                   


  2. Click Reset Jabber on the SIGN IN page.




  3. After reset, it will take you back to the Sign In page.  Sign in with your Biola NetID and password and click SIGN IN.
