If Cisco Jabber is not working properly even after restarting the application or the mobile phone, please follow these steps to reset the application and sign in again.
- Click your photo on top left-hand corner and click on SIGN OUT.
- Click Reset Jabber on the SIGN IN page.
- After reset, it will take you back to the Sign In page. Sign in with your Biola NetID and password and click SIGN IN.
