To access the content management page for my.Biola:
- Log in to my.Biola.edu
- Click on the Content Layout link underneath the Biola logo
- Select the my.Biola tab that you want to modify. The Welcome is selected by default.
From here you can do any of the following:
Managing Columns
To add a column
Click one of the Add Column buttons to add a column in that position.
To remove a column:
This will delete the column and remove all channels within the selected column.
Click the Select Column button above that column.
- In the Options for modifying this column pane, click Delete this column
- Click OK when asked to confirm the column deletion.
To resize the column widths:
- Click any of the Select Column buttons.
In the Options for modifying this column pane, change the values for the column widths to the desired values
Click Save Widths.
Managing Channels
To add a channel:
- In the desired column, click the New Channel button.
- Select the category for the channel you want to add and click Go.
- Choose the channel you want to add from the selection box and click Add Channel.
To remove a channel
click the small X button in the top-right corner of the channel's image.
To move a channel
click one of the navigation buttons on the channel's image to move it up or down the column, or left or right to an adjacent column.
