my.Biola: Adding, removing, and rearranging content

To Access the Content Management Page

To adjust your My.Biola layout, you need to start by going to the content management page.

1. Log in to my.Biola.edu
2. Click on the Content Layout link underneath the Biola logo
3. Select the my.Biola tab that you want to modify. The Welcome is selected by default.

From here you can manage columns or channels. See below for instructions.

Manage Columns

Add a column	Click one of the Add Column buttons to add a column in that position.
Remove a column	This will delete the column and remove all channels within the selected column. Click the Select Column button above that column. In the Options for modifying this column pane, click Delete this column. Click OK when asked to confirm the column deletion.
Resize column width	Click any of the Select Column buttons. In the Options for modifying this column pane, change the column width values to the desired widths. Click Save Widths.

Manage Channels

Add a Channel	In the desired column, click the New Channel button. Select the category for the channel you want to add and click Go. Choose the channel you want to add from the selection box and click Add Channel.
Remove a Channel	Click the small X button in the top-right corner of the channel's image.
Move a Channel	Click one of the navigation buttons on the channel's image to move it up or down in the column, or left or right to an adjacent column.
