Introduction
This page explains the procedure to connect the Streamer accessibility service to Zoom web-conferencing.
How to Connect Streamer to Zoom

---|---|---|
1 | Before the start of your Zoom event, open a Chrome browser, go to https://streamer.center/, and login using your streamer credentials. Note: If you've forgotten your Streamer credentials, please go to Streamer's Forgot Password webpage, enter your username (yourFirstName.yourLastName) and click Request reset. You will then receive a password reset link. | |
2 | Click on the room you have been assigned. | |
3 | Go to your Zoom meeting and click on Closed Captions in the bottom toolbar and click Copy the API token. | |
4 | Go back to the Streamer room and click Streamer Settings in the upper right-hand corner and select Zoom Closed Caption. | |

6 | Streamer should now be feeding captions into Zoom. | |
7 | Make sure your microphone is on in the Streamer Room (the mic button in the bottom left corner should be green). Note: The microphone must be on in the Streamer Room for the captions to appear in Zoom. |
