Introduction

This page lists the steps to start a course Zoom Meeting. These instructions apply to Faculty who are using a Zoom Classroom or teaching remotely.

Important Notes:

  • Five minutes before the scheduled start time of a course's Zoom Meeting and during the meeting's duration, the Zoom touch panel in the classroom will give Faculty the option to press Start Meeting.
  • If a Faculty does not press Start on the Zoom Classroom touch panel, but hosts the meeting from an alternate device, the meeting will continue and the Zoom Classroom will not join the meeting.
