This page includes basic instructions for waiving and un-waiving meal break penalties in timecard.biola.edu.

Viewing meal break penalties

Break penalties are displayed as follows in Timecard:

  1. Break penalty badge on a work period
  2. Blue bar in the timecard breakdown

Waiving meal break penalties

To waive your a meal break penalty, click the "Break Penalty - Click to excuse" button.

The meal break penalty should now show as "Excused."

Un-waiving meal break penalties

If you need to un-waive a meal break penalty, click on the "Break Penalty - Excused" badge.
