Fixing returned timecards

This page contains basic instructions for fixing a returned timecard in timecard.biola.edu.

After you submit your timecard it is locked and cannot be edited. Your timecard will be reopened for editing if your supervisor returns your timecard.

Returned timecard notification

When your timecard is returned by your supervisor or HR, you will receive an email notification that you need to update and resubmit your timecard immediately. This notification will go to your biola.edu email account.

Fixing your timecard

See the return comment to see why your timecard was returned. Make the appropriate changes to your timecard.

Re-submitting your timecard

After fixing your timecard, you will need to submit it again to your supervisor for approval.

Supervisor approvals and multiple positions

For employees that have multiple positions, re-submitting a timecard will require the approval of each supervisor, not just the one that returned the timecard.
