Herbert J. Scott

Herbert graduated from the Institute in 1918, and then went to Kentucky to labor "with the mountain whites." In December 1919, The King's Business told this story, "he prayed for a horse to help him cover his large territory and the Lord has sent him the amount needed from a very unexpected source, all in a lump. He then began praying for maintenance for the horse, and $25 came in which he used to purchase a saddle."The King's Business, Vol. 10.12, December 1919, pg 1109

Two years later he wrote to The King's Business requesting prayer for this work, yet reporting "that the Lord has been wonderfully blessing their work."The King's Business, Vol. 12.5, May 1921, pg 445
