Mark Joseph
Mark Joseph was born in Tokyo, Japan and moved to Los Angeles after graduating from high school. While still in college at Biola University in 1988, he founded MJM Entertainment Group and initially coordinated recording sessions for Japanese recording artists and produced programs for Japanese TV networks including NTV, NHK, and Fuji TV. In 1992, he became an anchor of The Entertainment Report for CNN1. From 1994-1999, he hosted two TV shows, The Interview and L.A. Frontline for Japan's NHK network, reporting from Los Angeles.
From 2000-2005, he worked in development and marketing for Walden Media and in 2004 produced the rock soundtrack for The Passion of the Christ. In 2008 he launched Bully! Pulpit Records, a joint-venture label with Nettwerk Music Group. The label's first artist, Molly Jenson, released her first CD in March, 2009. Joseph is currently a regular blogger for the Huffington Post and Fox News and is the co-founder and president of the Damah Film Festival.
