Introduction:

Biola departmental printing is managed by a print management system called Pharos.

Pharos software is installed on every Biola-owned computer and can be installed on to personal computers (see our How to Print/Copy at Biola documentation page). Pharos Cost Centers are connected to specific department account/org/fund numbers and authorize users who bill printing to the account/org/fund it belongs to.

One large benefit to the Biola community is that users with the Pharos software installed on their computer can print to any printer they are able to install on their computer and bill their department for the print.
