Automated attendant

 Callers dialing (562) 944-0351 will continue to have their calls answered by an automated attendant, with the same dialing options.

Billing

A detailed statement, listing all phone charges for each phone in a department, will still be sent to each department once a month.

Directory

 The same searchable employee directory can be found in my.Biola via the Directory button. You can also search for offices and contacts using the new Biola Web Directory at http://www.biola.edu/directory/.

Extensions

 Your personal telephone extension remains the same on the new Cisco VoIP phone system. 

Outside calls

 Callers on Cisco VoIP phones can still call outside the university by dialing 9+number (include 1+ the area code, if outside the 562 area code).

 For support, including requests for a new telephone or data connection, repairs, or service, contact the IT Helpdesk at extension 4740.

Switchboard

 The number for the main switchboard remains (562) 903-6000. This number continues to reach a switchboard operator, 24 hours a day. To reach the main switchboard from a Cisco VoIP phone, dial 0.
