Resetting Cisco Jabber on Windows
If Cisco Jabber is not working properly even after restarting the application or the computer, please follow these steps to reset the application and sign in again.
- Click the Menu icon on top right-hand corner and click Sign Out from the pull down menu.
- Click Reset Jabber on the Sign In page.
- After reset, it will take you back to the Sign In page. Sign in with your Biola email address and click Continue. It will then pull your NetID. Enter your password and click Sign In.
