Percy Crawford
Dr. Percy B. Crawford (d. 1960) was an evangelist and radio/TV broadcaster who was saved at The Church of the Open Door and attended Biola.
Personal Life
Crawford was saved at Church of the Open Door in Los Angeles on September 23, 1923, after hearing Bill Nicholson speak.Interview with Ruth (Duvall) Crawford Porter. http://www.wheaton.edu/bgc/archives/trans/357t15.htm He met his wife, Ruth (Duvall) Crawford Porter while at Westminster Seminary. He died in 1960 at which point his wife and oldest son, Donald B. Crawford, took over the business.
Education
Crawford attended Biola before attending Wheaton and then earning a degree at Westminster Seminary. He earned a master's at the University of Pennsylvania.
Broadcasting
In 1949, Crawford initiated Youth on the March, the first nationwide television show of any kind.

The King's College
