Pro-Life Memorial Vigil

Pro-Life Memorial Vigil

On Wednesday, November 12, 2008, Biola students gathered for a candlelight prayer vigil to remember the fallen. The pro-life club Defending Human Value erected 144 crosses – one cross for each baby killed by abortion each day in Los Angeles. For three days, lines of little white crosses filled the lawn by the mailboxes as a testimony to the student body at Biola. Memorial coordinator Autumn Hinrichs said, “Christ alone has the right answers for the trials we face in life – because He made us and loves us, we are unfathomably valuable, and so are our unborn children.”
