Jabber for iPhone & iPad

Note: Please turn in a ticket request with the IT WebHelpdesk or call x4740 to have Jabber programming added for your iPhone or iPad, wait for the okay to proceed "before" following these instructions.

Install the Cisco Jabber app from the iTunes App Store

Open the app, and answer the feature questions, which are optional.

Tap to Accept the End User License Agreement.

Swipe through the intro screens, then tap Get Started Now.

Tap OK to use your microphone. 

Enter your @biola.edu email address. Then tap Continue.

        

Enter your NetID in place of your email address and enter your password, then tap Sign In.

The setup is complete! Adjust your notification settings as you would like. 

If all services don't connect, please contact the IT Helpdesk to open a Jabber Mobile Activation Ticket.
