1 | Go to http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gappssyncstandalone. | |
2 | Click the Download Google Workspace Sync button. | |
3 | Run the googleappssyncsetup.exe file that you downloaded. If a Security Warning pops up asking if you want to run the file, click Run. | |
4 | When the "Please sign-in to Google Workspace Sync" window pops up, enter your Biola email address into the Email address field. | |
5 | Confirm that the Remember me box is checked, and click Continue. | |
6 | A new web browser page will open requesting access to your G-Suite account. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click Accept. | |
7 | In the "Set up Google Workspace Sync for Microsoft Outlook" window, click the Create Profile button. | |
8 | Click Start Microsoft Outlook to open Microsoft Outlook and start the GASMO synchronization. | |
9 | Wait for synchronization to finish. |
