Phone - Transfer calls

To transfer a caller to another extension 

  1. While on a call, press the Transfer button. 
  2. Dial the number where the call is to be transferred. For example:
    1. Type another 4-digit extension.
    2. Type an outside number in the 915625551212 format to transfer to an outside phone number.
  3. Communicate the original caller’s name and information. 
  4. Press the Transfer button again and hang up.
