Phone - Place calls on hold

Place a call on hold

  1. Press the Hold button. 

Return to a call on hold

  1. Press the Resume softkey.

Answer and put successive calls on hold

  1. Inform the current caller that you need to put them on hold.

  2. Press the key with a blinking amber light to pick up incoming calls. The previous caller will automatically be put on hold. Inform the new caller that you need to place them on hold.

  3. Press the Hold button to place call on hold before returning to the previous caller.

  4. Press the key with the blinking amber light of the previous caller to resume conversation.

  5. Repeat the process from step 1 as needed if there are more incoming calls.
