How to Allow Guests Into an Authentication-Protected Zoom Meeting
Introduction
This page explains how to allow guests to join a Zoom meeting protected by authentication. If a participant attempts to join an authentication-protected meeting and does not meet the authentication requirements, they will not be allowed into the meeting.
Warning
These instructions must be done before the meeting starts. It is not possible to follow these instructions while a meeting is running.
Step | What to do | How it looks |

1 | Go to https://biola.zoom.us/meeting#/upcoming. | |
2 | Click on the meeting you would like to invite a guest into. | |
3 | Click Edit. Note: If you are asked if you would like to edit just this one meeting or all occurrences, you must click the option to edit all occurrences or else it will not save. | |
4 | Click Add or Edit next to the Authentication Exception setting. | |
5 | Click + Add Participant. | |
6 | Type in the guest's Full name and email address. | |
7 | Click Save to save the authentication exception. | |
8 | Click Save at the bottom of the page to save the changes you've made to the meeting. Note:
