Introduction

This page outlines how to start an audio-only meeting using a Vaddio Phone.



StepWhat to do

Turn on the TV and Vaddio Conference Unit.

Dial "9", the area (or country) code, and phone number (e.g. 915621234567).

Wait for tone.

Enter your department's Dialing Authorization Code (DAC) and press #.

Wait for the call to be placed.

Note: 

  • You do not need to know or use a DAC code if other participants call in by dialing your conference phone number (located on the phone's display.
  • A Vaddio Phone can facilitate calls with a single caller.
