Citrix Workspace will be decommissioned at the end of April 2023. Please use the following method to access the Apologetics-DB going forward and contact the IT Helpdesk for assistance.

Introduction
This page explains how to access the Apologetics-DB that was previously hosted on Citrix Workspace, on MacOS devices, using the apologetics-db.ad.biola.edu server as a new location to host the application.
Note: To connect to the database from off campus, you'll first need to connect to Biola's network using VPN.
How to connect to apologetics-db.ad.biola.edu on a Windows PC
Note: These instructions use the Remote Desktop Connection which comes pre-installed on all Windows devices.
| Step | What to Do | How It Looks |

| 1 | Open Remote Desktop Connection. |

| 2 | Enter apologetics-db.ad.biola.edu in the "Computer:" field, and click "Connect" |
|
| 3 | Enter your NetID and Password in the appropriate fields and hit "OK" |
|
| 4 | Once connected, you should see a blue bar at the top of the screen to indicate which server you're connected to. If you don't, move your mouse to the top of the window and it should appear. You can use the 'pin' icon on the left to pin it to the top so you always see it. You're now able to use the Apologetics DB shortcut available on the desktop. |

| 5 | When finished, Save and close the database and use the blue bar at the top and hit the "x" and hit "Ok" on the popup |
