PRISM Showcase

The PRISM Showcase concerts take place in the Biola Conservatory's Lansing Auditorium every October during Parent's Weekend. There are two performances featuring ensembles and soloists from every part of the Conservatory, such as the Biola Chorale, the Women's Chorus, the King's Men, the Jazz Ensemble, the Biola Symphony Orchestra, the Symphonic Winds band, Vocal Jazz, small ensembles, and both vocal and instrumental soloists who audition to play/sing in the concert. PRISM is one of the largest musical events on campus. Here's the event description from the Conservatory:

"The PRISM concert is consistently one of the most popular concerts
of our season. Featuring a wide diversity of music and performers,
including large and small ensembles, and instrumental and vocal soloists,
it is the opportunity of the year to see and hear the complete spectrum
of the Conservatory of Music as it is refracted through the creative
energy of its students and faculty, making a musical prism. Taking place
as one of the Parent Weekend activities, visiting parents are able to
see the incredible capabilities of Biola students in the realm of music"
