How to Rename Your Zoom Breakout Rooms
Introduction
These instructions show how to rename your Zoom breakout rooms. Hosts may wish to do this when specific breakout rooms are meant to serve a specific purpose.
Example Use Cases:
- There are guest lecturers in specific breakout rooms and the meeting host would like participants to be able to choose which breakout room they would like to join.
- A meeting host would like participants to join multiple breakout rooms during the meeting and wants them to be able to self-identify where they belong. For example:
- Round 1: Tenor/Alto
- Round 1: Soprano/Bass
- Round 2: Tenor/Bass
- Round 2: Alto/Soprano
