Classroom - Basic Troubleshooting
Introduction
This troubleshooting should resolve issues that may arise due to unfamiliarity with the room equipment. If the issue continues, IT can deploy a mobile Classroom Tech cart (equipped with speakers and a projector) as a temporary workaround until the issue can be resolved.

Audio & Video Troubleshooting
Mac
Step | What to do | How to do it |

1 | Confirm the appropriate cable and/or adapter is connected. |

2 | Make sure the desired video output option is selected on the room’s touch panel (see pictures below). | Crestron:

3 | Confirm the desired display arrangement is selected.
