How to Share Confidential Data with Google Drive
Introduction
Google Drive is IT’s recommended tool for sharing non-sensitive files of all types and sizes with people in- and outside of Biola.
Google’s web-based tools allow you to
- easily add and share files from a web browser or your desktop computer,
- embed shared files in a web page or email signature, or
- use short links and track the number of clicks.
Sharing Confidential Data with another Google Account
