Alumni Google Accounts

Introduction

In 2022, Google announced significant changes to Google Workspace for Education which affects Biola’s use of Google storage and the Google services we use every day — Gmail, Drive, and Photos.

Alumni will need to transition to a personal email account after graduating.

On November 1, 2022, Biola deactivated all Google accounts for all alumni who graduated prior to Fall 2021.
On December 15, 2022, all Google accounts for alumni whose final term was Spring 2021 or earlier have been deleted and are not recoverable.

For recent alumni, see: Student Google Account Deprovisioning for the current timelines.
